I’ve been drawn to business and entrepreneurship for as long as I can remember, and Nikki has spent her career in customer service, helping people and creating positive experiences. Those strengths shaped the foundation of Homes of Acadia and our belief that communication, trust, and attention to detail still matter.
With more than 20 years in the construction industry, a lifelong interest in business, and decades spent living up and down the East Coast while regularly visiting Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island, I bring a mix of hands‑on experience and regional familiarity that aligns well with the needs of today’s MDI homeowners.
I understand the value of modern technology and use it to create a more organized, transparent, and efficient experience for clients. At the same time, I’ve been in the field long enough to appreciate the importance of hard work, accountability, and doing things the right way. That balance guides how we approach every project and every client relationship.
As the business grew, it became clear that I couldn’t continue working full‑time in the field while also managing the company at the level our clients deserve. Over the past three years, I’ve put a lot of effort into building a dependable network of subcontractors across every trade — people who take pride in their craft and uphold the standards we expect. That structure allows us to manage all phases of construction without compromising quality.
