Wheelchair Ramp In Mount Desert - 2024
In this video you will witness have a glimpse at one of our latest projects in Mount Desert, ME. Here we have built a custom wheelchair ramp that was the final stage in installing steps and this ramp on 10 different units at "Acadia Woods Cottages".
Property Management at Acadia Woods Cottages
Another exciting thing for us this year is we've got employees now for both the construction side and cleaning side to the business. And we've sort of been crushing it! If you found the cottages on AirBnB or VRBO you'd see countless 5-star reviews, but can more easily see them just by visiting the Acadia Woods Cottages Website.
There you can see many 5-star reviews that are a true testament to our work over at Acadia Woods as property managers. There are days where we have 7 or 8 turnovers while we also have turnover cleanings at other properties outside of Acadia Woods. We are managing our staff every day while always following up on every cleaning to ensure quality control. As you read the reviews you will see many comments about how clean the cottages are and how responsive the hosts are - that's us at work!
Repairing & Finishing an Abandoned Project in Lamoine, ME
Here we have a video of us finishing a front porch addition that the original builders abandoned. These clients had hired someone to build a front porch, and not only did they not finish the work they were hired to do - the work they did do was not correct so we had to first go backwards before going forward. In the end we got the job done for the client and even received a 5-star review for a job well done!
