Service Description

We offer a simple flat pricing based on the square footage of your home. All flat rate pricing includes your living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom(s) and bathroom(s). We also offer an hourly service for any custom jobs (i.e. cleaning only select rooms in your house). Just reach out to us to inquire! Standard Packages: • $200 for spaces 999 square feet below • $250 for spaces 1,000 to 1,499 square feet • $300 for spaces 1,500 to 1,999 square feet • $350 for spaces 2,000 to 2,499 square feet • $450 for spaces 2,500 to 2,999 square feet Custom Package: • $100 per hour with 2 hour minimum We will bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you need any special cleaning products used, just leave them out for us to use! A deposit is required to secure your online booking with the remaining amount due upon completion of service. For a deeper clean, consider adding one or more cleaning extras. All extras add on an additional hour of time and cost. Add-on services: • Oven deep cleaning - $50 • Refrigerator deep cleaning - $75 • Carpet deep cleaning - starting at $50 • Upholstery cleaning - starting at $100 • Patio/Deck cleaning - starting at $100 • Basement cleaning - starting at $200 • Garage cleaning - starting at $200 Don't see the price for your house?
